Group Training

CLPT is developing into a full-on group training club along with the one-on-one training that we currently offer.  By spring of 2018, we will have regular group workouts available in all three sports. Available in August:

Group Runs

Arrive early to get warmed up, and don’t forget to bring hydration.

Tuesdays, 6:00pm – Focus on Strength and Hills – Location: Starting from 3377 Bristol Drive, Burlington.

Thursdays, 6:00pm – Focus on Track (speed and pacing) – Location: Dr. Frank J Hayden Secondary School track.

Group Ride

Saturday, August 12 – 9:00 am – followed by social with snacks. Location: 3377 Bristol Drive, Burlington. Arrive at 8:30am to get set up and ready to roll out.
