Cindy has been personal training clients with success for 16 years.  She is certified as a trainer with Can Fit Pro, has a degree in Honor Kinesiology from McMaster University, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

As a personal trainer, Coach Cindy has worked with a wide range of clientele, from those just looking to improve their health and fitness all the way to elite athletes looking to maximize performance in their sport. They range in age from 10 to over 60. Cindy has a passion for helping people improve and work towards goals, whatever they may be. You won’t see her client’s doing bicep curls unless their goal is to get bigger biceps – exercises and programs are functional, purposeful, and goal-oriented.

Offering one-on-one sessions at a fitness studio, at my home or your home, or outdoors! These sessions can be individual sessions focusing on specific techniques and a workout in a specific sport or they can be part of a package of individual strength training sessions.

Whatever your goals might be, let’s work together to get you on the way!

One-on-one sessions available:

– Strength Training workouts and programs
– Swim Stroke sessions at a pool
– Cycling skills session on a computrainer or outdoors
– Run specific session indoors or out

Cost:

Toronto (In Studio or outdoors):
Individual sessions: $100/hour
Package of 10 or more: $90/hour

Burlington:
Individual sessions: At my home – $80.00 per session; At your home – $95.00/session
Package of 10 or more: At my home – $750.00; At your home – $900.00
