Stay motivated, train with others, and learn new and valuable tips and tricks to get you to the finish line faster in 2017. The day will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm and the schedule will be as follows:
9:00-11:30: Bike ride on computrainers. An instructor lead power based cycling workout.
11:45-12:15: Education session and demonstration on run technique.
12:15-1:15: Group Run
12:15-1:15: Group Run
1:30-2:00: Lunch (provided)
2:00-3:00: Group Strength and mobility session
3:00-4:00: Basic bike maintenance skills you can use on the road. This will include changing a flat tire, basic gear adjustments and other trouble shooting technics you can use while out there on the road. This will be hands on.
