Swim Clinic: Saturday February 10, 2024
Join us for a coached swim clinic at Glendon College Athletic Centre at 2275 Bayview Ave, North York, ON M4N 1J8 on Saturday February 10th, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
This clinic will include 30 minutes on deck learning about the components of a swim stroke and how they should be performed and then a 90 minute session in the pool. The in-pool session with include 30 minutes learning drills to work on various stroke components – learn the WHY and HOW for these drills, followed by 50-60 minutes of a swim workout while coaches provide stroke feedback.
You will leave this clinic feeling with a better understanding of the mechanics of the freestyle stroke – and, stronger and more confident with your freestyle swimming.
