Strength and mobility are sometimes the hardest to fit into a training program, yet they can make the difference between success and the constant struggle with injuries and reduced performance. We’re likely all guilty of skipping these sessions, or hoping that the self-therapy will happen by osmosis (carrying the balls and bands around with us, but not actually using them!).

This clinic is designed to:
- – help you eliminate some of the reasons (or excuses!) for not giving strength & mobility priority,
- – help you understand how & why it’s so important, and
- – give you a simple routine that can easily fit into your busy life & training schedule.
