CLPT Mt Tremblant Training Camp
June 1 – 3, 2018
Join CLPT Coach’s and athletes in Mt Tremblant in June to train on the 70.3 and Ironman bike and run courses! Whether you are looking for a long weekend away of quality run and bike training or looking to get more familiar with the Ironman and 70.3 race courses, this is your opportunity!
Itinerary:
Friday June 1:
1:30pm: Arrival, group meeting and introduction
2:00pm: Loops of the hilly out and back section of the bike course.
T-Run: 30 minutes run off the bike
7:00pm: Group dinner at Coach’s condo (included) and discussion on cycling hills and how to approach the Mt Tremblant bike course; Discussion on sports nutrition and what to plan for for tomorrow’s long ride
Saturday June 2:
8:00am: 90-180km bike ride on the Mt Tremblant Ironman and 70.3 bike course
T-Run: 30 to 60 minute run off the bike
1:00pm: Group mobility and core strength class for those who did a shorter ride/run
5:00pm: Group stretch class
Sunday June 3:
8:00am: 60-180 minute long run on the Mt Tremblant run course
Stretch / Mobility class to follow- Foam Roll Class
12:30pm: Camp wrap up, depart for home!
Cost: $225.00+HST includes coaching, sports nutrition during the workouts and dinner on Friday night.
