Group Rides

CL Performance Training is organizing group rides again this season out of HQ in Burlington. The route gives athletes the opportunity to get in some volume and hills on fairly quiet roads in the Halton region, with an optional run off the bike for those who are training for multi-sport events. Inevitably a few groups will form for those who want to challenge their speed and power, those who are looking for companionship and skill building, and those who are going long and happy to have some company.

Sunday, August 4th

A route map is provided, with alternates for various distances and to avoid the most ‘brutal’ hills.

Riders should bring their own nutrition, hydration and have a flat pack/kit (and know how to use it. If not, let us know so we can plan to do a quick refresher.) Come dressed for the weather and plan to arrive 15 minutes early to be ready to roll out at 9:00am.

This is a free event, but we ask that you RSVP to cindy@clperformancetraining.com to let us know you are joining so we’re prepared and can keep you in the loop. Non-CLPT coached athletes are welcome to come out and ride as well.
