Our goal races may be several months away, but training camps are actually coming up fast. There is nothing like a weekend of training on the spring calendar to give you some motivation! And an early bird rate that ends February 1st.
Joining a group of athletes and working directly with coaches for an entire weekend is challenging but gives you the opportunity to gauge your fitness and mental preparation. Plus you get to learn from other athletes and enjoy some camaraderie and/or competition to give you an extra boost.
