CL Performance Training coaches work individually with runners, cyclists, duathletes and triathletes to help each person through the process required to reach their goals – including goal setting, program design and implementation. Our coaching relationship can be as simple or as involved as we want it to be – depending on your goals and level of commitment. We will provide you with a personalized training program which includes detailed workouts outlined for you in a way that fits your schedule and goals.  Every goal is important and the pathway to achieving each goal must be scientifically based, safe, and enjoyable.

CL Performance Training was founded by Cindy Lewis-Caballero who is a Multisport Coach, Chiropractor and former Professional Triathlete.  Since then CLPT has grown to include Sandie Orlando as Endurance Coach and head of Marketing and Communications.

One-on-One Coaching Packages

Performance Coaching – Level 1
Coach: Cindy Lewis-Caballero
$300/mos for Triathlon/Multisport Coaching
$225/mos for single sport coaching
3 month minimum contract time

This package includes:
-Training Peaks account will be used to deliver your training program and as an online training log and interface for regular communication between you and your coach
– Daily workouts set in 1-2 week blocks using Training Peaks online platform
– Unlimited daily contact with your coach between 8am and 6pm via email and/or text message on an as-needed basis
– Contact by phone on an as-needed basis (scheduled in advance)
– Training zones provided and updated every 8-12 weeks (on an as-needed basis)based on threshold testing workouts
– Annual training plan set-up with periodization based on your goal races and lifestyle
– Race fueling plan
– Detailed race plan and race execution analysis – including specific pacing plan for all of your races including heart rate and/or wattage recommendations

Performance Coaching – Level 2

$250/mos for Triathlon/Multisport Coaching
$185/mos for single sport coaching
3 month minimum contract time

This package includes:
– Training Peaks account will be used to deliver your training program and as an online training log and interface for regular communication between you and your coach.
– Daily workouts set in 2-week blocks using Training Peaks online platform
– Daily contact with your coach between 8am and 6pm via email and/or text message on an as needed basis, athlete initiated
– Contact by phone on an as needed basis (scheduled in advance with your coach)
– Training zones provided every 8-12 weeks based on threshold testing workouts
– Annual training plan set-up with periodization based on your goal races and lifestyle
– Race fueling plan
– Detailed race plan and race execution analysis – including specific pacing plan for all of your races including heart rate and/or wattage recommendations

Fitness Coaching – Level 3
Coach: Sandie Orlando
$195/mos for Triathlon/Multisport coaching
$150/mos for single sport coaching

This package includes:
– Training Peaks basic account will be used to deliver your training program and as an online training log
– Daily workouts set in 4-week blocks using Training Peaks online platform
– Bi-weekly contact with your coach at a scheduled time for a 15 minute call to review training OR with a coach-initiated email reviewing your training for the previous block
– Training zones provided and reviewed every 12 weeks based on threshold testing workouts
– Race fueling plan

One-on-One Training Sessions

Run Gait Analysis – in person or virtual
$200.00, 90 minute session

Functional Assessment for specific strength program design 
$95.00, 45-60 minute session, in person or virtual

Swim Analysis – in person
In person: $85.00, 1 hour session

Cycling Session – in person
In person: $85.00, 1 hour session

Strength Training – in person or virtual
One-on-one personal training sessions specific to your identified weaknesses and physiological limiters.
