Women’s Spring Bike Skills Clinic

Join us on Sunday, May 27 2018 for a CLPT Women’s Bike Skills Clinic

CLPT Headquarters – 3377 Bristol Drive, Burlington from 8:00am to 1:00pm

We’ll be covering a lot of the information you’ll need as a new triathlete and helping more experienced athletes refine and practice their skills.

8:00 – bike set up/maintenance. How to use your flat kit.

9:45 – nutrition intake on the bike

9:15 – skills and drills

10:00 – group riding, do’s and don’ts

10:30 – drafting workshop

11:00 – 1 hour group ride – Within the hour, we will stop somewhere and practice mini time trials, set off 1 by 1 (handicap) slowest to fastest. It will be an out and back (10-15 min) and we’ll track everyone’s times.

12:00 – return for post ride snacks and discussions
