Group Workouts

Triathlon training doesn’t have to be a solo sport. Join the CLPT team group workouts and get coaching plus a supportive group of athletes. Some workouts are in Burlington, some are in Toronto. Check out our calendar to find out more details.

Group Ride – Hills in Toronto – Wednesday mornings from 6am – 7:30am – Bayview & Moore Loblaws parking lot – $10 drop in fee

Group Track Runs in Burlington – Thursday evenings from 5:30 – 7:00pm – Dr. Frank J Hayden Secondary School – 3040 Tim Dobbie Dr. – Free

Open Water Swim Workouts – Gulliver’s Lake or Cherry Beach – dates and times to be announced – $20 drop in fee
