Swimming is important! As triathletes, we should get to the pool about 3 times a week. Do this at home swim workout to keep you swimming strong!

20-30 minute workout:
10 pushups
30 sec plank
30 sec side plank (15s per side)
5-10 Pull ups
20 resistance band rows
swim stroke:
1 minute catch (start of your stroke)
1 minute Push (end of your stroke)
1 min full stroke

repeat this workout 2-3 times!
