Coach Cindy has 20 years of experience personal training clients both who are athletes and people who just want to improve their health and fitness in general.  Cindy is certified as a trainer with Can Fit Pro, has a degree in Honors Kinesiology from McMaster University, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

One-on-one training sessions are available in Burlington at a studio or can be done at a pool for swim specific training or outdoors for cycling or run specific training.

One-on-one sessions available:

– Strength Training workouts and programs
– Swim Stroke sessions at a pool
– Cycling skills session on an indoor trainer or outdoors
– Run specific session indoors or out

Cost:  $85.00 + HST (per 1 hour session)
